We approached Sheri from Moove after being turned away by a couple of buyers agents who told us our budget made it nearly impossible to find a suitable apartment to live, in our preferred location. From the very beginning, Sheri was different. She saw our situation not as a limitation, but as a challenge she was determined to overcome and she absolutely delivered. As full-time working professionals with little to no time to spare, Sheri took complete ownership of the process. She carefully researched properties that matched our requirements, taste, and budget, and presented us with a curated shortlist that made our decision-making so much easier. Her past experience as a property consultant came in handy, especially when analysing floor plans and helping us understand the pros and cons of each layout. That insight was incredibly helpful in narrowing down our choices. One standout feature of the experience was the Moove app developed by their IT team. It deserves a separate review of its own! It also provided valuable insights and metrics on the property that helped us make informed decisions quickly and confidently. Once we chose a property, Sheri sprang into action, coordinating seamlessly with the seller’s agent, conveyancer, mortgage broker, and other vendors. She truly went the extra mile for us, and thanks to her, we were able to secure our property in just two weeks! We honestly can't sing enough praises for Sheri. Sheri is an excellent buyer's agent. She is very knowledgeable about the Sydney market in which I was looking. She is also very experienced in dealing with a range of sellers, which was helpful in getting to a decision quickly. I felt as though we got through a lot of information very efficiently. Moove's software also helps provide an estimate of the fair value. This was helpful in determining whether I was overpaying for a property. Also, its Notes function allowed Sheri and I to work together asynchronously, so our phone conversations were meaningful discussions and we did not waste time relaying information to each other.
