Chandra was a wonderful client to work with as he was very direct and knew exactly what he wanted.

That was a freestanding house in St Marys, on a block larger than 600 sqm, flat, and under $1.2m.

It was a clear brief and we got to work, but it was not easy. The market was very strong and, with new announcements around infrastructure development and transport in St Marys, everyone else was jumping on the bandwagon too.

We missed out on a few properties as others were happy to overpay. Chandra stayed focused on securing something that represented good value and opportunity.

We also showed him a few off market properties, but unfortunately they were significantly overpriced and driven by opportunistic vendors, so that was not a viable path.

We then found the perfect property, but the agent insisted Chandra inspect it before signing a contract. We managed the agent and secured the property before the first open. We also negotiated a longer than usual cooling off period and assisted with all the necessary due diligence during that time.

Everything went as expected, and Chandra is holding the property for its long term potential while a tenant helps cover his costs in the meantime.

He was very happy with the outcome, and we look forward to helping him again in the future.
