Client came to us through one of his mates we helped last year. He works full time and did not have the time, capacity, or patience to deal with agents.
The brief was clear, a one bedroom apartment across a few suburbs, ideally Newtown.
The challenge was that Tristan wanted to buy at the exact time the first home benefits were kicking in from the government in NSW. A competitive coincidence.

We called the agent immediately. The first open was scheduled for Saturday morning, but we managed to get the client through privately that afternoon at 2pm.
As soon as he said he loved it, we had the contract reviewed straight away and secured the property before 7pm that same night.
We got the deal done in a few hours, which was critical to our success. The agent loved working with us and was even more pleased he did not need to attend the open home, as the vendor was very happy with the price and the terms we were able to offer.
No competition in a fiercely competitive market. The client was thrilled, moved in shortly after settlement, and is loving being in his ideal location.
