I'm buying a property to live in - How much are your fees?
For Owner Occupier home buyers, we have 3 services that we provide for properties under $2.5m.
Our Negotiate service is $6,500, our full-service online, Classic plan is $8,500 and our full-service Classic Plus plan is $18,000 (all prices inclusive of GST).
The plans are split into 2 payments:
- For Negotiate, it’s $2,500 upfront and $4,000 on exchange.
- For Classic (our most popular plan), it’s $2,500 upfront and $6,000 on exchange.
- For Classic Plus, it’s $5,000 upfront and $13,000 on exchange.
For properties above $2.5m, these fall into our Premium plan where our fee is a flat fee of 1.1% rounded down to the nearest $500k.
For example, if the property purchase price was $5.4m, our fee will be 1.1% of $5m, i.e. $55,000, of which $5,000 is payable upfront and $50,000 at exchange.
What services can Moove offer me as an owner occupier home buyer?
We have 3 service offerings for owner occupier home buyers.
Negotiate: We appraise and help you negotiate on 3 separate properties that you identify and bring to us. If the property goes to auction, we will attend and bid on your behalf.
Classic: We help find and assess each property that meets your criteria. We help you refine your options until you are ready to make an offer. We will handle an unlimited number of negotiations and if a property goes to auction, attend and bid on your behalf in 3 separate auctions.
Classic Plus: You get everything in Classic plus we will inspect properties with you or on your behalf, providing video walk-throughs. We will also attend unlimited auctions until we secure a property for you.

I'm buying an investment property - How much are your fees?
For Investors, we have 2 services that we provide for properties under $2.5m.
Our full-service online, Investor plan is $12,000 and our Investor Bespoke plan is $22,000 (all prices inclusive of GST).
The plans are split into 2 payments:
- For Investor, it’s $5,000 upfront and $7,000 on exchange.
- For Investor Bespoke, it’s $5,000 upfront and $17,000 on exchange.
What services can Moove offer me as an investor?
For investors, we have 2 service offerings.
Investor: We assess your investment needs and match that with properties in our Moove selected locations. Once we’ve identified the region/location to buy, we will then search, find, negotiate and secure your investment property. These do not cover sub-divisions, granny flat options and renovation strategies.
Investor Bespoke: We assess your specific investment needs and use that to identify the ideal location across all suburbs and states in Australia. Once we’ve identified the region/location to buy, we will then search, find, negotiate and secure your investment property.
With both plans, we use our proprietary data-driven approach covering 15,000 suburbs around Australia to pin-point locations and properties that best fit your investment needs.

We usually find our clients a property well within 3 months. It could be as fast as 5 days or it could take as long as 6 months.
Do I need my finance pre-approved before I engage Moove?
You don’t need pre-approved finance when you engage us but it will be the first thing we ask you to do before we start your property search.
You can use an independent broker or go straight to your bank. The choice is yours.
Are you licensed?
Yes. You must be a licenced real estate agent to operate as a buyer’s agent.
Which areas do you service?
For our Negotiate and Classic Owner Occupier plans and Investor plans, we cover all areas in Australia.
For our Classic Plus and Premium Owner Occupier plans, we currently have limited locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane where we have offices but will be expanding over the next 12 months.
Can Moove sell my property for me?
Moove is not a sales agency. We only represent the buyer. We can help assess the agents in your area and help you determine who is the best agent to use to maximise your property sale. The agent we refer to may pay us a small referral commission.
