We had the pleasure of engaging Mark Mendel (Moove) as our Buyers Agent to help us find a suitable investment property to purchase. We have not heard about Moove before (being a newly established company), so we relied upon the information we’ve read from their website as there were only a couple of reviews about their services. However, after our initial meeting with Mark Mendel we like his ideas and he sounded knowledgeable and confident to find us a property within the 3 months period of our requirements. So we decided to signed up and use his services. We were a bit nervous to put a lot of trust in his hands from the beginning. Our experience with Mark couldn't have been more positive. He took the time to truly consider our needs and he understood our investment goals and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach to the property search. He was patient and understanding and interpreted our brief accurately, showed most properties that met our criteria and budget only. We were impressed with his focus on detail and his honest feedback on the properties we viewed. What we like most about Mark was his ability to respond quickly to our concerns and questions either through phone calls, text messages and emails (sometimes on weekends) in a calmer manner. Mark’s professionalism, attention to detail, and consistent communication with regular updates, meetings, analysis of our options were insightful and made the entire process seamless and easier for us. Mark from Moove Property was amazing and most of all a genuine person doing everything he can to help you out (rather than some of the other "salesman" types, which was why we initially choose Moove). Having Mark onboard made everything so much less stressful and took 99% of the work out of house hunting. He managed all the conversations/ negotiations with the real estate agents, logged/ tracked all potential properties on an easy to use dashboard, produced inspection schedules for the week as well as organised inspections of off market properties (+ plenty more behind the scenes to find the right properties that fit your criteria).
