Darya and Todd purchased an investment property with us about 18 months ago (they made a ton of equity!) and were now ready to buy their first home. They engaged us to find them a 3-bedroom townhouse or ground floor apartment.
For months, we helped them look in various locations across Sydney, from villas in Epping to houses in the Hills District, but nothing was the perfect fit. Nothing jumped out at them. Why? It was simple: they werenât prepared to settle for something that wasnât going to work for them.

We came across this 4-bedroom + study duplex on 350sqm of land and knew that, while just above budget, it was the one. The auction was set for 7th June but was brought forward a week, as the vendors were looking for a faster sale.

On Friday afternoon (10 days before the auction), we submitted an offer with a 66W. By 11pm, the agent and I were deep in negotiations, working to close the deal.
After a bit of back and forth the next morning, waiting for everyone to rise from the dead, we had it locked up well before the scheduled 1:30pm open home.
Now we have very happy clients who can consider this place home for a very long time, not just a stepping stone to something bigger down the line.
