Kerri and Edmon came to Moove looking to purchase an investment property. Not knowing exactly where to buy, we shared a few of our research reports before they settled on Townsville. Just as we started to conduct their search, some personal matters came up that prevented us from moving ahead at the time. We put a pause on their search to allow them to settle before starting the search again.
This time we recalibrated our investment search to Perth and while it was a battle to find something in a top location at their price point, we managed to find them a 3-bedroom house with a media room in a top location only 40 minutes from the CBD.
