We had such a great experience working with Fern from Moove. Buying and selling a home at the same time can be incredibly stressful, and I really appreciated having Fern there to guide and support us through the whole process. When things got tricky or stressful, Fern was always there to talk me through what was happening. She was happy to share her knowledge and insights, and helped me understand the changing market. This was my first experience of connecting with a buyers agent. The process of selling and buying a property and having a sequential settlement is all about the timing and having the right team around you. Although working a very busy work schedule, Daniel Hargreaves from Moove was able to accommodate, all times for contact, and was constantly in touch to advise and guide and direct on areas, houses, valuations and so much more to help me find my new home 5 hours away from where I was situated. The professional knowledge of the agent, the easy to navigate portal that Moove allows you to review, select and then your agent goes to work. After analysing multiple BA companies, choosing Moove turned out to be a very good decision as a first time buyer. I felt genuinely supported throughout the  process and everything was handled in a calm, professional and efficient manner. I am very happy with the property purchased and believe Shayne negotiated a great deal for me while making the process smooth and quick, still making me feel informed at every stage. What stood out the most was after settlement an unexpected issue came to light from another party, Shayne proactively stepped in immediately and handled all the communications professionally and successfully negotiated a compensation outcome for me very quickly. Having someone advocate for me like that made a huge difference and showed that the support did not stop once the purchase was complete. As a first-time investor, having a BA who was knowledgeable, approachable, strategic, and genuinely invested in protecting my interests gave me a lot of confidence throughout the journey. This was my third purchase through Moove, and my first working with Shayne. Same high standard as before. We were buying an investment property and the brief changed a lot over the four months we worked together. We moved target location four times as our thinking evolved and the market shifted. Shayne never blinked. He absorbed each change, got back up to speed quickly, and kept the search moving without making us feel like we were being difficult. That kind of patience is genuinely hard to find. Across the engagement he was responsive, sharp on the market and the data, and a strong negotiator when it counted. We'd lost our dream property by $20K in December 2025 and were unhappy with the selling agent tricks, so chose to look at Buyers Agents.  After finding Moove and the good reviews online, we completing a comprehensive questionnaire about what we wanted (and just as important, what we didn't) and we were connected to Omar. We met him over Zoom to go through our responses and truly understand our vision. After paying the deposit, we had access to our own Portal where properties were sourced by their systems and either could be rejected or accepted by us or Omar. Those that we accepted, we went to the open homes and then could give our feedback. It only took a couple of weeks to find a suitable property and with Omar handing the negotiation (knowing our price point), we have secured a property where we can do some renovations over time to add value all within our original budget. After months of hunting for a property in Sydney's inner west I was starting to give up hope of ever finding something I could afford on my own. Endless scrolling on property websites and rounds and rounds of Saturday and weeknight inspections had me feeling exhausted and defeated. I realised I was too time poor and lacking in the right negotiation skills to secure something on my own so turned to Moove for help. Within two weeks Nicole helped me find a home. I can't say how grateful I am to Nicole for her efforts. Where her value really came in was the negotiation piece. Years in the real estate business paid off - she was able to speak their language and see where the opportunity lay, which resulted in making a successful offer before the property went to auction. Not only that, Nicole was great at checking in and chasing up agents and my solicitor and communicating with my mortgage broker where needed. This was invaluable to me when I was already juggling a million things (it turns out life doesn't stop when you're trying to buy a property!). Nicole continued to follow up on details on my behalf after the sale had gone through, to make sure everything was in place and the settlement and all that followed went smoothly. I was undeniably opposed to ‘having to use a buyer’s agent’. I am from the Sunshine Coast and have seen everyone purchase their homes for reasonable prices without having to pay someone to get a house for them, for a horrific price. Then all of a sudden it’s my turn and the market explodes and now there’s another thing to pay for in addition to crazy house prices. The thought of using one went against every part of me. Well, Omar from this Brisbane office changed that. He is incredible. So patient, so knowledgeable, so professionally ‘chill’ making him super easy to deal with, yet knows the industry and agent workings so well. Much to the befit of his clients. I was blown away! Within 3 weeks of engaging him I have a house that is unconditional. He is spectacular and I’m so impressed. Will shout his name for the rooftops when someone asks, and probably when they don’t! Happy to post. I don't normally post reviews, however given my recent experience with MOOVE and in particular my buyers agent (Nicole Bailey) it would be wrong not to. Looking for an investment property in regional NSW was proving frustrating - I didn't have the agility to jump on opportunities quickly & was missing out, nor did I have the the industry insights to secure the best engagement with local realestate agents.
