Another client recommended Hadley and Kira speak to us, and after our first meeting with them, we knew we would be a good match.
Their brief was clear, but their focus was all over the place. We had to warn them about problematic buildings and that the new fancy looking ones are not always the glitz and glam they appear to be. We were on the hunt for a two or three bedroom apartment in the Eastern Suburbs for circa $2m.

And this is in one of the best streets in Sydney.
They settled, pulled up the carpets, put in new flooring, new light fittings, sheer curtains, and upgraded the kitchen handles before moving in. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, and they had it revalued at $2.5m within two months of settling on it.
The icing on the cake was that strata had some of the big trees trimmed down, and now they have a city view from their 100 sqm courtyard in the best part of Sydney.
