Lilly and Andrew, first time investors, came to us with a clear plan. They were initially focused on a two bed, one bath older style unit in and around Nundah, believing that was where their budget would stretch the furthest.

The property was a standout. A top floor unit in a newer building, positioned close to parkland and Westfield Chermside. It offered two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one car space, and great views. It also had tenants in place until early next year, providing immediate income.
This was a rare find at the price point, particularly given the location and the additional bathroom. We knew it was an opportunity worth pursuing.
Through strong negotiation, we were able to secure the property within budget despite competition.
Lilly and Andrew were thrilled with the result. Not only did they secure their first investment, but they did so in a suburb they did not think was possible. A fantastic outcome and a great foundation for their portfolio moving forward.
