When the charity approached us to assist with their first property purchase, the brief was clear but highly specific. The home needed to meet a range of non negotiables, including size, layout, and location. It had to offer six bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, ample parking, no asbestos, quality finishes, and most importantly, be free from flood risk and not located on a busy road. Proximity to neighbours also needed to be considered due to the nature of the charitys work.
Finding a six bedroom home that met all these requirements was no small task. The market had limited stock that fit the criteria, and it became clear early on that patience and precision would be key. After months of searching, an incredible opportunity presented itself just metres from the charitys head office in Manly West.
The property was spacious, well maintained, and matched the brief in every way. We acted quickly to secure it, ensuring the terms allowed time for the charity to carry out all necessary due diligence. From building and pest to council checks and compliance, the property passed with flying colours.
