Zia and his brother came to Moove looking to buy their first residential investment property. With a desire to buy in Perth, they provided us with a shortlist of suburbs that they ideally wanted to invest in. We walked through the options and identified through our data that each of these suburbs were not ideal for various reasons.
We took into account their strategy, budget and ideal rental returns to help them formulate a new set of suburbs that we could work to achieve an optimal investment property.
We looked at a number of options before securing this oversized 4-bedroom home on almost 600sqm of land for a price well below market value.
