Sarah and Will were Aussies that live in Switzerland. Having grown up in the Lower North Shore, they were looking for a suitable investment property that they could use when they decide to return to Sydney in the future.
Initially starting out looking for a 2 bed, 1 bath, 0 car, we educated them on what makes a good investment and showcased a number of examples in the local area that would not only do well from a rental perspective but more importantly take advantage of capital growth in the area.
After narrowing down to 3 specific suburbs, we needed a property that was away from any busy roads, had a private space and felt like a home. The search while longer than they hoped, landed them with the absolute perfect property for their needs.
Owned for 14 years by 1 family, and rented for the last 4, we managed to secure this at Auction thanks to some strategic bidding and a real understanding of the property’s value.
