We stayed in touch with the agent, and when the original deal fell through, they called us with an opportunity: if we could act quickly, the property was ours.
We had already reviewed the opportunity, knew it represented great value, and managed to secure it for $520k. The vendors had already purchased elsewhere, so we were able to move fast and get the contract signed without delay.
The property was secured in a matter of days, and Troy was absolutely stoked. He even drove to inspect the property before settlement and was thrilled with both the purchase and the price we secured it for.
