James and Gai came to us looking for a holiday home for their family on the south coast. Their intention was to use the home frequently while also having the ability to rent it out on Airbnb when not in use. They wanted something special—something that would stay in the family for future generations.
While we had a broad scope of beautiful locations along the south coast, the priority was to ensure the property had water views and, if possible, sat on a cliff with an uninterrupted view.
With a defined budget, we worked through options for the client to consider, ultimately determining that a higher budget was needed to secure the perfect property.
We spoke to 92 agents and looked at 123 properties, discarding 99 of them for various reasons. That left 24 that we shortlisted to discuss and determine whether it was worthwhile inspecting and purchasing. After spending a day on the south coast reviewing all options, it was clear there was only one property that would be perfect for them!
And as they say, the rest is history!
