Dan needed help narrowing down a good apartment in Sydney that would suit his needs and didn’t have the time to trawl through all the listings and sift the good from the bad.
He wanted it to be close enough to the city, have sunlight coming in, not face a main road, and be bigger than 50sqm internally. We reviewed over 25 apartments in the first week and, as apartments are being built smaller and smaller, finding a decent-sized unit that wasn’t on a main road wasn’t so easy.
We sent Dan to inspect a few in Erskineville and Camperdown and quickly narrowed it down to a couple of contenders. The problem was, the competition was fierce and both were set for auction.
We completed our analysis on the apartment and the price, managed to negotiate a fair deal with the agent, and bought it before auction!
Dan is thrilled with his purchase, and we know he’ll love living there.
