Kathy came to us at a time when life was already throwing plenty her way. Balancing a demanding job and personal challenges, the thought of buying a home in a fast moving market felt like just one more burden. She had previously purchased in NSW and VIC, but quickly found that Queenslands buying process was completely different and unfamiliar. What should have been an exciting chapter was turning into a stressful experience.
Despite her best efforts, Kathy missed out on a property she had her heart set on. It was one side of a beautifully designed duplex. It was a tough blow, especially given everything else she was juggling. But rather than let the opportunity slip away, we stepped in and contacted the agent about the other side of the duplex.
To our surprise and relief, the second side had not yet been listed. Even better, it was in better condition and still within Kathys budget. The icing on the cake was that the side she originally missed out on ended up selling above her limit.
We moved quickly, guided her through every step of the process, and made sure she felt confident and supported from start to finish. What had started as an uphill battle turned into a smooth and rewarding journey.
Kathy was over the moon, not just because she secured a wonderful home, but because she finally felt like someone was in her corner. We could not be happier for her and are proud to have played a part in this fresh new beginning.
